Using the doppler, dispense one drop of DURALINE directly on the brush or onto the back of your hand. Wet a brush by dipping it into the fluid (brush 11S for eye shadows and brush 17TL or brush 31T for eyeliner) then blend into any pressed or loose powder eye shadow.
